Lip pencils, with a waterproof formula, glide on for transfer-proof, non-feathering wear for up to 7 hours.
How to use it:
For eyes, glide along base of upper and lower lash line.
For lips, outline and fill in lips, starting at the center of the mouth on both the upper and lower lip lines. Follow by applying lipstick or lip gloss, or wear alone.
Close cap tightly after application.
