Customers in Canada and the US are eligible for an exchange or refund on eligible products returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred on your order.

Items eligible for a return must be in their original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and returns are eligible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
