Always use LIT on freshly cleansed skin, and follow with FIX or PATCH to continue the care.

A: LIT can be used 24–48 hours after most facials or light peels, once the skin feels calm and no longer tender. LED supports post-treatment healing and inflammation relief, helping to accelerate recovery and reduce redness.

For deeper or clinical peels, wait until skin has stopped flaking or feeling tight before resuming use. 

Q: Can I overuse LIT?
